Post: harassment @ home

Posted by kimberly atchison on 6/02/08

I work for a city law enforcement agency in the state of
Louisiana. I am currently recovering from a major surgery.
Our dept policy states that I may only leave my residence
to go vote ,Dr,purchase food for home cooking, and to
church, then I must call the dept to tell them when I leave
where im going and when I return. I must do this on my
scheduled days off as well with no compensation. Is this
house arrest, false imprisonment a violation of my civil
rights? I do fall under civil service law.
