No one on this forum can give a reasonable answer to your
questions. It is clear that you believe that the police, the
courts, and your attorney(s) were all unfair and justice has
not been served. There is no way we can know the
circumstances and facts of your case.
You will need to hire another attorney or at some point
accept what is and move on with your life. Venting your
frustration is understandable and natural but it isn't going
to get you any help. If you can afford a good attorney (like
a nice car) it will be to your advantage. If not -- well I
guess you're screwed.
I agree that sometimes there is no justice -- it just is.
