There is no Justice because of the following.

Some attorneys do not know their cases well enought!
Did not spend enough time researching and presenting their
case to the Judge.

Then there are some----- attorneys that do spend alot of
time, but lose a case----- based on a hurried opinion, an
assumed opinion by a judge. Some are political reasons with in
the systems.
You scratch my back and I will scratch yours amoung those
attorneys, and Judges , who are in the court room everyday and
all mingle together with each other, (The clerks, other
attorneys and judges--good ole boys or girls club.)
the courts are over burdeioned with so many cases -- judges go
through dockets as quickly as possible---the newer judges do
not know their cases well enough, have not and can not
possibly read each and every case ---So some just make a
judgement and Justice is not served!

Money has to do with alot of situations also.

Yes people get away everyday with these things every single
day in the world.

What they all do not realize , is this--eventionally , it all
comes back to haunt them---It, comes in a another shape or
form, example they will lose a loved one, in an accident, or
become ill, Get a brain tumor, or develope cancer, or some
other sickness. something they may of really wanted in their
life time, they will never get---because of their
dishonesty. What goes around ---comes around!!!
