Post: Dillard's Racial Discrimination towards Asians

Today I witnessed a Dillard's employee--a manager, I
believe--being verbally abusive and dismissive toward an
Asian woman. It was at the Dillard's in Atlanta Station,
midtown Atlanta. As an African-American woman, I resent
racist behavior by anyone, of course, but this was an
unusually blatant case. Can this young woman seek any
legal recourse for such abuse, as it happened in a
Dillard's store by a Dillard's employee?
