The only 2 significant arguments (in my mind) against the
ERA are: 1) it opens the door for same-sex marriages and 2)
forcing the government to pay for abortions. Since only
women can have babies, only women can have abortions.
Surely to not pay for them is sex-discrimination. Isn't it?
