    Andy,
    White people have been taking jobs and everything else,
    including civil right, from Black people ever since we came to
    this country. I agree with your supervisor. You can not
    take this Black man's job. Obviously, he earned the position
    he is in. Do you think you can take a Black man's job, just
    because you are white? I think white people have taken
    enought from Black people already. This dilemma continues to
    exist. I, as a Black person, am tired of white people
    assuming they deserve something just because of the color - or
    should I say, none-color - of their skin? What right do you
    want? The right to take this Black man's jon from him?
