HELP! > Sincerely, > cladyk When you filed your charge, you had to sign an affidavit describing the substance of your complaint and identifying whom it was against. If I were you, I would take all your paperwork back to the Agency and speak with the original Intake Worker or current case worker now assigned to your charge. Explain to them the specific issue your raising now -- that the persons whom you believed were responsible for the discrimination are apparantly not named in the charge your now referencing. Its impossible to state what's going on without reviewing all the paperwork, including your affidavit and the actual charge that was served on the school. There may have been an administrative error at the agency or maybe there has been a personnel change at the school. Personnel at the Agency should be able to clear up the issue. Good luck.
