I need serious help with a situtation that my auntie is in.
My aunt's daughter past away 3yrs ago. She had a 2yr old
daughter at that time. The father took her away. They were
living with the grandmother(which is her mother). But any
way the grandmother took the father to court for vistation
rights for the child, she won the case. The father told the
grandmother as of today she couldn't never see her grand
child every again in life. He said take him back to court
do what every she wanted to do, but she wasn't aloud to she
her grand child every again. The father is receiveing
social secruity for the child. He doesn't have a legal job,
she sleep in a house of 7 people with no heat, it's only
two bed rooms she is the only girl there in the house hold.
Also the father doesn't have any medical insurance for her.
So I need some serious help on what legal matter we need to
take ASAP Thank
