If you are being singled out and held to a higher standard and/or receiving adverse treatment because of your race, that is prohibited discrimination. You should avail yourself of any policy your employer has that dictates who you should report discrimination/harassment to. If that does not remedy things or there is any retalliation for making an internal complaint, then your next stop is the EEOC. Of course you may wish to consult with a civil rights attorney at any step along the way.
