You may in fact have no rights. You can however, file charges
against your local representatives to the state affiliate
through their Board of Reference. Call the main headquarters
and ask for the legal department. Ask about the format, forms
and procedure for a hearing. They will send you the proper
    forms to make a complaint.

You will have to go through this procedure before you can go
to the courts. Unless it involves discharge. You can then go
to court to have a judge consider that there is a reasonable
question about representation. You may be able to have the
judge send you back to work pending the outcome of internal
    findings and/or arbitration.

I will say this though. If your local representatives are
carrying out the agenda of the affiliate and in collusion
with the employer, you may as well forget it. Collusion is a
very real and dirty side of union business. File your
grievances for the record no matter what and get legal
counsel if the situation is serious. What state are you in?
