I can't think of any laws that have been violated by a single
instance of vulgar language. Perhaps you have a municipal
ordinance that has been violated though in wich case you can
contact your local police and file a complaint if you wish.
I don't blame you for being angry - the statement (especially
in front of your son) was bad enough but then to be dismissed
by two managers is really aggravating. Personally, I'd
probably send a letter to the General Manager advising
him/her of the entire incident and then put it behind me.
