My husband's truck was reposessed 2 weeks ago. We are
getting the truck back this week. My problem is that
the wrecker hit my van in the process of the repo.
I had an estimate done on the van, about 1000.00
worth of damage.The driver of the wrecker didn't bother
to contact me or leave a note of the damage. What are
my rights. Could I sue for hit and run? The wrecker
company also wants us to pay a storage fee when we pick up
the truck. THE NERVE OF THESE PEOPLE!Any advice! Help!
