Posted by Erik Stiles, Wildee713@yahoo.com, on 3/14/02

Hi, My name is Erik Stiles and i pelieve i ahve a reverse
discrimination issue. I am a WM 30yo... to set the tone..
I was "dismissed" from my job at a local state agency. I
intially was refused a reason for the reason for the
dismissal. I was then told insubordination. What had
intiated the incident was that I had reviewed some case
notes in a computer system. I then called the individual
(supervisor who dismissed me) who put then notes in the
system. i left a msg on vc mail that i was unhappy with the
notes he had put on the account and if he wished to discuss
them to call me. Later that morning the individual came
down. I have copys of all notes regarding case.. and i
was asked to join him and my managerfor a meeting. He then
asked me my opinion on the notes. i proceeded to tell him
that i felt they where there just to "get me in trouble"..
land that i felt he had a "beef" with me. What the
individual was complaining about was that i was not
assisting him in the manner he wanted..The individual was
requesting information and assistance, that i was directed
by the director of the state agency not to perform.to short
of it i was "dismissed" later. I was under the impression
that if i felt i have a problem with a certain
individual..ie harrassement they are suppose to do an
investigation.. there is a lot more to this than what i
explain.. I call the union.. but because i am a contract
employee i can not be represented in anything. ACLU
request something in writing sent i have a ltr i need to
type but i dont know where to begin.. I feel i am beining
harassed as a white individual (being held to a higher
standard) of job performance and ???... there so much to
    this.
all i can say is help.. please
