    Eric, nothing in your post reflects any kind of illegal
    discrimination. I'm not saying you're wrong but if you're
    right you have not given enough information to judge. Do you
    have reason to believe that if you were not a caucasion you
    would not have been fired, or that a person of another color
    has not been fired for the same offense? That's what you're
    going to need. Is there something like that you can add so we
    can help you a bit better?
