    Sorry Eric, but the EEOC will do absolutely nothing in your case.
    Being the only white is not an indication of discrimination. You
    would need testimony of other employees who can support your
    claims that you were retaliated against for your race. Your
    situation is no different then say a man being abused by a
    female.

    You apparently are an at-will employee subject to the whims of an
    abusive employer. Join the club. It is a fact of life that
    employers can pretty much do anything they want in your situation.
