I have a 9 year old daughter who as been constantly
harrased by a mother of 3 girls - we made complaints with
the police and found that we can not do anything unless
they physically harm her, the police did visit the lady and
told her that the family was to have no contact with my
daughter whatsoever but it's still happening. If my
daughter walks down the street to a nearby friends the
mother comes out cursing on her at one point the mother
approached my daughter and started yelling and screaming at
her for no reason (we have witnesses)! I'm very frustrated
with the whole situtation -there should be something we can
do to have this lady charged, but according to the law
there is no offense being committed!
