    Sounds like your neighbor needs to get a life of her own,
    without worrying about yours. My husband is also on disability
    and we live in NY. We are too constantly worried of what he
    does around the house, that someone's camera is on him.
    What a way to live? Some things he does around the outside of
    the house, leaves him in pain for days after. Just because you
    are on disability, doesn't mean you stop living.
    Good Luck. Go seek a lawyer, clearly she is violating your
    privacy.
