Your employer can tell you to stop talking or to tone it
down. As long as he acts likes an idiot equally toward
employees of all races, creeds, national origins, and
ages, there is little that you can do. All of us must tolerate
idiots. Get promoted, become a boss, then treat others
as you would like to be treated. As far as your coworker's problems, let them take care of
themselves. Their problems are not your responsibility.
