Can a supervisor tell two workers to stop talking to each other or to tone it down ? I was told as long as job performance does not fail nothing can be said ? my performance has not failed neither the other worker. my co- worker had sick leave for two months, and now they are wanting to move me some where else knowing that the other worker is coming back. Anyway before this other person left the supervisor made the statement "one of the two will have to leave." nowhere in the job handbook does it say two people cannot talk to each other for a certain amount of time. Q: can they do this to us????
