You may have viable claims for sexual harassment, retaliation
and wrongful discharge under both federal law and the law of
your state. In order to proceed under federal law, you must
first file charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission (EEOC). Your state law may also have a similar
requirement that you first file charges with the
administering state agency before proceeding to court.

There are time limits for filing charges with the EEOC and
with various state agencies. There are also time limits for
filing lawsuits. You should consult a local attorney
immediately to understand the requirements that apply to you
and to determine whether you have a viable case. Your local
EEOC office can also provide you assistance in filing charges
and most likely direct you to the local State agency.

    Good luck.
