I too was let go because I complained of a co-worker
harrasing me. As a matter a fact, I had my one on one
meeting with my manager and I mentioned it to her in that
meeting. Two days later, they called me at home and told me
I was no longer needed. I filed with the Human Rights Commission of my state, and I
have been waiting since. Good luck to you willow.
