Post: selective prosecution

my name is jamie gilman I was arrested in the 2002 school
year for accidentally having a machete in the back of my
truck, it is school policy to have me arrested and
suspended. the problem comes in when a few other kids at
school have been caught with some of the same items
(weapons) but they were just overlooked and not punished
the same as I, they were never arested and never had to go
to a tribunal to see if they were going to be kicked out of
school. We are trying to see if we have good enough
grounds for a law suit if we got the students who were not
arested information.
