    Employers are not allowed to ask, “Have you ever been
    arrested?,” but are allowed to ask, “Have you been
    convicted of a felony?’

    Still, employers do ask about arrests. You have the “right”
    not to answer this question, and unfortunately, employers
    have the right not to hire you.
