    Whatever happened to FREE SPEECH??

You can form any internet discussion board you want, and there
is nothing legal anyone can do about it as long as you don't
slander anyone when building the website.

You can post a disclaimer saying that the owner of the board
is not responsible for the opinions expressed by the users of
the board, and that you will not tolerate Spam. Remove ANYONE
from the board who comes on and attacks people (like that
'president'-- can't you vote him out?)

No password is required, nor use of real names!

Look at the MILLIONS of internet discussion boards for proof
    of this.
