ANSWERED THIS AT YOUR OTHER POST TOO.IF YOUR ATTORNEY TOLD
YOU ERISA PREVENTS INSURANCE COMPANIES FROM BEING SUED ,THAT
ATTORNEY NEEDS TO GO BACK TO LAW SCHOOL.FEDERAL COURTS DO NOT
VOTE ON CHANGING LAWS,THAT IS THE JOB OF CONGRESS.ERISA IS
TOTALLY OUT OF THE PICTURE,IT IS A RETIREMENT ,PENSION TYPE
ACT PASSED BY CONGRESS.KEY IN ERISA IN YOUR COMPUTER ADDRESS
BAR AND SEE IF A GOOD INFO. HIT COMES UP THAT WILL EXPLAIN
ERISA,OR KEY IN U.S. CODE AND CLICK THAT ON THEN SEARCH FOR
ERISA.BUT SINCE THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR CLAIM IT
