    DYFS does not follow the law but Opinion on what is Grave. This is
    all subjective. Grave danger means to the law a person is to
    Grievous bodily injury or death. But wait a "social worker" now
    determins "grave" means being exposed to chores. To verbal
    discipline. The parents are mentally abusing the child and forcing
    them to do well in high school. OH DEAR!

    Now what are the defences to false allegations of DYFS workers or
    over zealous inexperience "social workers" ?? Is there a law that
    is violated? Mo so the courts are out of the quention as far
    ciminal law. Now lets see Tort law "negligence" Intentenal
    prehaps. But then society dictates what is acceptable behavior not
    a social worker. Some parts of society push there children to accel
    such in India, China and Japan. In our own American society some
    parents do push but this is called abuse.

    Example True story: Illinios a man's children are taken away
    because he owned a gun (former correctional officer) Owning a gun is
    legal in US look at the 2nd Amendment. Social worker "the child saw
    the gun and saw it being shot this brings up red fags" The man
    lives in a rural country side. The child is 12 years old and the
    legal age to hunt. DCFS deemed this abuse and "founded"

    Watch out farmers, hunters, Police, Military, and Lawyers your
    children may be taken away from you for having something that is
    guaranteed by the Constitution all on "Administrative decretion" of
    do gooders in an office with way too much power.
