    I can completely understand what everyone is saying in terms of how they
    view DYFS. However, as a person who is not a worker, but rather who works
    within the Division, I can assure you that although it seems as if it is the
    worker's fault for the "tearing apart of families" it truly isnt. Even
    though the worker is allowed to express their opinions on the situation, it
    really is up to the court and their beliefs on whether or not the parents
    rights should be terminated. However, I have seen some workers that sleep
    with no problem at night, but there are plenty plenty plenty workers that
    are doing there job for the right reason; the children! I have seen many
    cases at which I thought the parent deserved another chance, but how many
    chances should a person get? How many times does a parent need to be told
    that they need to seek services prior to reunification? How come parents
    feel the need not to do everything in their power to earn their kids back.
    Like I said before, I am not speaking for all cases, b/c some deserve their
    children back when others (court) think not. But please keep in mind that
    majority of the cases that come through have truth behind them and are
    treated very seriously. After all this is our children's welbeing that we
    should and are concerned about. Oh, the salary isnt what I think most people
    think especially when you compare it to the duties and hours worked at the
    end of the week.
