Bottom Line, you cannot count on anyone but yourself. Only
MONEY, and your GOOD credit will enable you to get what you
want, house included. Landlords and Banks don't care about
convictions, only good credit and MONEY. If you rent, put
only YOUR name on the App/Lease. If need be, apply for a loan
in YOUR name only, etc. ....Keep his income on the
application, but not his history. If you apply for a home
lone, , don't voulunteer any info you don't have to... ALL
THEY CARE ABOUT IS A DEPOSIT, A STEADY INCOME AND YOUR CREDIT
    RATING...

Time on the job is key.

    Good Luck.
