The law is silent on > the "rights" of the accused. You do have rights. There are guidlines about what is actually harassment or sexual harassment. I am assuming it is sex harassment. The best defence is other employees who have information about this person. However, co-workers are usually to cowardly to get involved. You don't explain what was the actual event so it is hard to determine what your situation is. Was it physical or verbal?
