The SOL on legal Billing is the SOL on Contracts. First find
out if there was a written contract if so read the contract
and apply that SOL. If no written contract, the SOL is for an
oral contract. In CA the SOL is different depending on
whether its Oral or Written, I assume, without knowing, that
it is different in other states as well.
