    ask your attorney to file this case in federal court if possible. It
    should be possible if AEP is incorporated outside KY and the claim
    exceeds $75,000. I assume your company is incorporated in KY and AEP
    is incorporated out of state. No I won't check for you it's too much
    work

    Or get another attorney to take over the case if you are unhappy with
    your current representation. (get the new attorney first before you
    ditch the first one)

    Frankly based on the amount the case should settle rather than go
    through the expense of a full trial.Oh, and stop being pissed off
    about what they did. these things are straight money deals and almost
    every company out there is doing something wrong to somebody at one
