Re: kENTUCKY LAWYERS ENGAGED IN CORRUPTION
Posted by You will never guess/paralegal on 10/09/04

I don't know the facts or the issues of your case, but I do know
the court date or trial date is scheduled between the plaintiff's
attorney, defendant's attorney and the court. Meaning the
court/trial dates will work for the JUDGE, the two attorneys and
their witnesses. MAYBE THE CASE IT'S READY FOR TRIAL. Just
because YOU THINK the case is ready - doesn't REALLY make it
    ready.

Have you ASKED your attorney his strategy.Maybe he feels you will
lose at trial. Or maybe he feels you will come out better if you
settle the case. Remember, it takes time - that time could be
years before the case go to trial.

SORRY - I NEED TO PROOF READ BEFORE SENDING -

CORRECTION - MAYBE THE CASE ISN'T READY FOR TRIAL.

CORRECTION - Have you ASKED your attorney his strategy?
