You can pro se it so that you meet the deadline for filing. Go
to nolo.com and findlaw.com and see if you can't find some
useful info on those sites. Good luck. You can probably do
this on your own, at least in the beginning. If there is a law
school in your city you might can find a legal clinic there
that would assist
