What happens if a deputy prosecuting attorney will not
investigate a friend of his? Is this a civil or criminal
matter. His friend has comitted arson, three counts of
attempted murder, two counts of conspiracy to commit
murder, burglary, stalking. The prosecuting attorny justs
turns his head. His friend commits these crimes wide open
and even admits to some of them.
