opposing attorney ( in CA ) filed declaration for client.
The declaration was full of untruths ( putting it mildly) I
approached the client with the fact that the declaration
was a lie and the client admitted the declaration was full
of lies and says that her attorney made up the lies and
asked her to sign it.. I have all of this on tape.. can i
turn this over to the CA bar association and have the
attorney investigated?
