Dear MisssTreated1,
I truly can assure you that the justice system of our courts
is ran by a system of who pays who off during the campaign
contributions.
Attorneys pay high dollar to get certain judges elected.By
this they are GUARANTEED FAVORS during certain cases.That's
why we see UNFAIR court proceedings.So if there is any real
honest ones who want to become judges, they will never see
this goal obtained.Why? Because they won't be able to be
bargained with.So they won't ever become a judge.
Organized crime is OUR SO-CALLED JUSTICE SYSTEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bar associations which are concluded with counties and state
are ran/owned by attorny's.They pay their way in this avenue too.
Ever heard or read a book titled"What Attorney's Don't Want
You To Know"? Get it it's great and hopefully it can give you
some helpful hints to end your fraud that you have been
subjected to by your local courts.Because you know that their
main tool is to prolong/side track you,so the issue of "STATUE
OF LIMITATIONS" will have ran out.
I call these UN-ETHICAL ones"L~E~G~A~L C~R~O~O~K~S".Ever go to
your "PUBLIC RECORDS BUILDING" ? If not ...GO!!!!Go to the
"CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS DEPT." and request to review any and
all judges.You'll start to put the pieces to your puzzle
together,you'll really see the corruption of our so-called
"JUSTICE SYSTEM", it's all public records.
Ever consider filing a code to have this judge removed? Code
C.C.170.1 & C.C.170.6? Just becareful because the next judge
might be more corrupt due to the road blocks you have put in
their paths.
Final thought..Try to locate an article in the "CALIFORNIA
ATTY." Magazine under the year 2000,it's the January issue,
called "Guardian Angel"these 3 women unraveled a huge scam in
the Riverside county.It shows you in a simplified manner how
these crooks overlook misconduct by others, especially when
there is $$$$$$$$$ involved.The simple fact that goes on
everyday in every courts is........It is easier to turn the
other cheeck rather then to expose this corruption.It's all
political GREED.
Good Luck !!!I hope you will be able to experience some if
any......REAL JUSTICE! Be strong and positive.They eventually
will not be able to sleep at night!
How do you think they would feel if they were the ones who
were being frauded by their courts? I'd love to see the tables
turn on their own karma!!
