We fired an attorney for not doing anything, including not
filing our suit before the statute of limitations ran out.
After we fired him, he filed the suit and he forged our
signatures on the filing, plus his assistant fraudulently
notarized it. I have filed a complaint with the state
bar. Like another person posting her has noticed, there is
a good old boy system, and it's no different where we are.
Isn't forgery illegal even for lawyers? His screw ups and
now this are making it very difficult for us to get a new
lawyer, too.
