Hello Craig,
I'm sorry to hear of your ordeal. I am going through a
simuliar type of situation. Could you please tell me if you
are in California? Is the bank by chance Wells Fargo? Have you
had problems in finding an atty to help you?
I have found through my court BS is the facts(even on
paperwork & filed in court) that there are people in the
so-called legal system that are buying forced foreclosed
properties.I was told this by my last atty, after he petioned
the courts to be removed off case.He told me he along with
several other atty's have been doing this for over 20 years.
I have recently seen on a letter prepared by my ex-atty's
paralegal, which was formulated and typed up a couple of years
ago explaining the sale price of my deceased relatives
property. For example:
[1]....it was filed in court as being appraised for
$220,000.00, even though we NEVER had it appraised.
[2]....there is supposedly a Equity loan of $150,000.00(which
is now $152,000.00)and was to be paid off through the
commercial property sale, except on Wells Fargo's end..they
claim it never was, the paralegal removed that creditors claim
after getting the judges permission and before sending it off
to the title company. Get this.. after she removed this Equity
loan she put her personal name on that list and got paid from
the title company.
[3]....so here's how they premeditate their structure of their
fraudulent calculation... $ 220,000.00
( MINUS) - $ 152,000.00
----------------
THEIR FRAUD OF FIGURES TOTAL $ 68,000.00.
******A VERY NICE CHEAP PRICE FOR ATTY'S/JUDGES TO BUY AT A
AUCTION. I was told by the realtors/fraud dept., that this is
how they, BUY PROPERTIES RIGHT UNDERNEATH YOUR FEET.*********
While knowing that lots in my area are hard to come by, due to
an extreme building frenzie that has been going on in my area.
My neighbor sold their condo (the lots here are zoned for 2
units per lot & they are going for 3 on alot recently) in ONE
DAY for $850,000.00 and it was 17 year old condo.
If they steal this property, they are looking at a high
profit. You tear this house down & build 2 units(cheaply) then
you sell each one for a easy million.....heck that's enough to
make them conduct illegal activity.
They fraudulantly got away with the commercial property
involved in this hell case of probate. They sold it for
$645,000.00 then I found out recently they resold that proprty
for $3,800,000.00.
[4]....last December 2002, after getting the TOTAL cost to
bring the account in a favorable state, I paid it,then they
told me after the fact of accepting my payment, that they were
going to still foreclose.BS,is what I told them, I had
contacted the Commissioners of Realtors/Fraud Dept., they gave
me some very valuable info & help.I was told by the
Realtors/Fraud dept., that this is how they, BUY PROPERTIES
RIGHT UNDERNEATH YOUR FEET.
Wells Fargo rescinded, never informing me of this, even after
inquiring about it.
I'm sure every state provides a Commissioners of
Realtors/Fraud Dept., I should say rather.. I am hoping every
state has this type of resource/referral for their community.
Have you ever heard/seen the web site of: RIP OFF? If no,
please check it out.You will also find hundreds of complaints
regarding this bank foreclosing on peoples properties, even
when loans were up to date.Even info about a employee telling
a customer that she worked in the dept. where they are to rid
of peoples payment records. It has all kinds of scams done by
Companies & Banks.
All sort of complaints even judicial hanky-panky!(Not enough
though I personally feel)
