My ex-wife has hired an attorney to sue me to alter our
original divorce decree. Her attorney represented my
present wife in her own divorce in 1998. My present wife
is mentioned frequently as being part of the 'problem' in
needing the divorce decree rewritten.

Does this represent a conflict of interest. If so, what
recourse do I have.
