The problem is not whether something is legally or ethically
ok. Its getting it to the attention of someone who has
authority to do anything about it. Self policing attorneys
are a dangerous situation for this country. It is a game
and those with the most money win. You are much better off
representing yourself-at least you know the case and even
if the judge doesnt like your presentation-it gets made
the way you intend, not someone elses way and its somewhat
free. This system will eventually implode, but alot of harm
is and has been done by attorneys and judges that only sign
but don't read and don't ask whats the issues and why.
We all think attorneys should know-dont think that-read the
laws yourself-and even if they know, churning for hourly
dollars is not leading to justice.
