I was involved in an accident and was referred to my attorney through my physician. I never met with my lawyer and the only correspondence I had with him was through his secretary/parallegal. He's been working on my case for two years. When time came for my deposition, I was never briefed before or made aware of who my lawyer was. I walked into the deposition room unaware that my lawyer was present. I finally figured who he was after realizing the opposing team was the ones firing the questions. My lawyer never exchanged a single word with me and I left feeling frustrated and unrepresented. I want to fire him, but will he try to sue me? Please email me with a response.
