There is a case of child rape that has been substantiated
against an individual (repeat offender)that has been
brushed aside by a prosecuting attorney for over a year
now. There are 3 states involved however the purpetrator
visits the town where the crime took place consistently the
prosecutor is aware of this yet nothing is ever done to
him. Why won't the prosecuter do his job and what can I do
to get justice served.
