I have had the same problems with attorneys. I feel sorry
for you and hope you can get some help. I am searching for
help regarding my attorney in Texas. I can't find anything
against attorneys. They are all for 'their' team. I did
    find the following information:
Do attorneys have to carry malpractice ins. in case they make
a mistake? No! They can screw up (and plenty do) and leave
you holding the bag, but they don't have to have any ins.
coverage that would pay if you sued them and won a
judgement. Here's a question to consider: Why is it that
when we drive a car in TX we are legally required to have
minimal liability coverage--in case we make a mistake--but
attorneys aren't required to carry insurance coverage in the
event they make a mistake in the courtroom???? Who do you
think makes the laws in the first place?
Also, to locate an attorney through Hubble or refer. most pay
to have their names placed in there. They didn't do any
fantastic work which places their name on the list as an
    honor.
I would find another attorney if you can and I can't begin to
tell you how b/c the bad are all mixed with the good. Best
    of luck. L in TEXAS
