Post: Set up for contempt by attorney's subordination of perjury

    Posted by annono on 11/04/03

My ex entered a school calendar through his attorney into
court which was used for the dates into the court order of
when I could pick up my children, then, when I did pick
them up my ex & his attorney entered a different school
calendar with different dates to say I was in contempt. I
checked with the school & they said the 1st calendar is not
the one for the school year & they never made it. The 2nd
calendar is the real one made by the school. I have proof
of all this stated by the school officials. That 1st
calendar was fraudulently made by my ex. He used school
headings, etc.. My ex's attorney ran from Superior Court
when I presented this info & actually said he quits. Yet,
that court protected him & my ex. I thought that those who
leave the battlefield 1st lose. What can I do about this
case? The DA refuses to press charges for perjury,
subordination of perjury, forgery of documents, fraud upon
    the court.
