At the track they call it breakage.
in a bar they call it ... finders keepers.
at the bar, they call it good.
at F.B.I. Headquarters ... they notify the i.r.s. they in turn notify ... the audit dept. who informs the U.S. marshalls office.
the secret service gets wind through the grape vine.
And the whole mess goes to the federal magistrate who in turn calls for an imediate congressional investigation.
