Dear Troubled Loud Mouth PGDC:

If it is true that you are advising your clients of
substantive law it will only take time before an undercover
employee of the _____ will pose as a client at your office
and secretly tape record the conversation with you giving
legal advice - substantive law. It is not the unauthorized
practice of law assisting your clients or the attorneys
clients with procedural law. However, there is a very thin
fine line - and because of that line being soooo thin you
will cross over it in a matter of time.Remember,you are NOT
under the supervision of an attorney, therefore, you also
have to be careful of not HOLDING YOURSELF OUT AS AN
ATTORNEY, even WHEN speaking with attorneys.
