David good luck Yes you can sue an attorney you just will
never find another attorney to do it, if you do find one the
new attorney will ask for such a large retainer fee that you
cant pay, and why would you want to pay another attorney to
sue an attorney when the new attorney will only rip you
off. Attorneys have too much power over a person and they
know it they can ruin your life and you cant do a thing about
it, the bar association does not help the layman . Good
luck Daived i could go on forever im losing my home because
    of our legal system
