It is Obvious that you feel your rights were violated. Enough
about that, as a former resident of San Diego County
(northern region) I can say this from experience, Any time
there is gang activity & law enforcement personel are aware
of said gang members personal residence, they have been
involved with that person far too much. I noticed that you
didn't mention where your cousin had moved to, having said
that, was there any way for the San Diego Police to verify
that the obviously lawless gang-member (your cousin) truly
had moved? I'm no angel I've been inside of most of S.D.
Counties detention Facilities at least once each, including
but not limited to G.F.B., East Mesa, S.D. County Jail, North
County Jail (Vista), Escondido, Barrett & even one of San
Diegos State Facilities.. Donovan State Prison, having said
that, are you serious? Do you Really expect everyone to
believe the you cousin doesn't at least visit frequently? If
you and/or your cousin were truly serious about a better life
than you had in your home country, you would have been better
off not getting involved with Law Enforcement. As "notorious"
as I thought I was, & believe me EVERY cop knew my address &
phone number & social security # & everything else that
pertained to me! I can tell you this...they don't know I
exsist anymore, I haven't changed anything but my behavior!!
