Thanks, Michael. I didn't mention that in this 'draft' order the judge gave my attorney 5 days to dispute any issues. I do not believe she will as she faxed me the copy of the order and didn't communicate one way or another even though the whole order has objections. I have been in the process of filing a grievance against her and will be against the judge as well. It was communicated to me that I should not file a grievance against the judge until he makes a decision because of retalliation. But by the looks of this one sided order you would think I already did. This is very punitive to say the least. Can you or anyone tell me about the 'appeal process'?
