    Dear Lorrie and Michael:

How did your appeal go?? I am in the same boat. The judge awarded custody
of my children stating "let's try this and see how it works" as her
reason! She was completely biased towards my side. She KNEW how she was
going to decided before the hearing. How do I know? Funny how there has
NEVER been two bailiff's in the court room until this last hearing.

My attorney isn't very aggressive but ok. We are filing an appeal. Can we
file a Motion for Stay of Judgement (the judge refused to sign one) to the
appelate court BEFORE we enter our appeal? WHY does it cost so much $$ for
the court recorder to transcribe the hearings? I am so emotionally drained
    from all this. Please help.
